As we begin to establish the UK Lighting operation, we have a number of exciting career opportunities:

The Technical Services manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing the technical operations activities for all external and internal manufactured Lighting products to ensure reliable product supply and quality. Is directly responsible for managing other technical service staff such as, Service technicians, Bench technicians, Control-network technicians and customer/Client support specialists

The service technician’s primary role will be to evaluate, repair and maintain all electronic and mechanical equipment for both the technical services department and equipment that exceeds the technical capabilities of the general QC programs of other internal Lighting departments. Will also be responsible for participating in and executing required software upgrades and hardware retrofits to manufacturer’s Lighting products as needed.

These are entry level positions. These positions will ensure all Automated Lighting Fixtures have the required inspection and maintenance plans/QC Programs implemented and followed. Will participate and be involved in all automated fixture cleaning & testing with final verification on all newly received products and ensure all quality control checks have been completed and executed; Ensuring assets are ready for all outbound shipments

A positive, flexible attitude to work and excellent communication skills are essential to these positions, as is the ability to work well under pressure.  Experience working with entertainment lighting or within an electrical maintenance environment is preferred.

Based at Downland Close, Whetstone, London N20 9LB on a 40-hour week, shift basis including some weekend work, salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
